HOW NON-PROFITS CAN BE INVOLVED AT PAS

PAS provides an Advocacy Area for parent-led and other nonprofit organizations involved in advocacy, patient outreach, and research funding. Only organizations working in these areas may qualify for the reduced-rate table. If you are interested in being in the PAS Advocacy Area, you are encouraged to apply, and PAS will review your application to determine your eligibility.

Non-profit organizations and networks are welcome to:

  • Take part in networking and education events sponsored by PAS.
  • Establish connections with sponsors and attendees through relationship-building, provided that these initiatives do not contradict or diminish PAS programming.
  • Tag PAS (@PASmeeting) on social media and PAS will repost on our social media accounts.

Non-profit organizations and networks may not:

  • During the PAS Meeting, hold any events or activities that have not been authorized by PAS.
  • Plan events or carry-out fundraising initiatives that conflict with or take away from PAS programming.
  • Promote your non-profit or cause outside of the Advocacy Area in the Poster and Exhibit Hall OR make any form of solicitation outside of the Advocacy Area, especially in scientific meeting rooms.
