Welcome to the PAS 2025 Meeting! You are about to embark on a wonderful experience. You are here to learn, network, and grow, and this guide is designed to help you arrive and thrive. This is a great opportunity for you to enhance both your personal and professional growth as a pediatric researcher. With can’t-miss experiences and key learning sessions, we will help you navigate the meeting by laying out everything you need to know. Over 1,000 international attendees from 66 countries came to the meeting last year. Once you attend the PAS Meeting, you’ll want to come back again and again. You’ll leave invigorated and inspired to put what you learn into practice.

PRIOR TO MEETING
VISA INFORMATION
If you are not a U.S. citizen and are planning to attend the PAS 2025 meeting, advanced planning is essential.
REQUEST A LETTER OF INVITATION
If you would like to request an invitation letter from PAS for your visa application, you must first register and pay in full for the meeting. To obtain a visa invitation letter, have your registration email ready.
VISA REQUIRED
Citizens of some foreign countries will need a visa to enter the United States and attend the PAS meeting. Because of U.S. State Department regulations, U.S. embassies and consulates may require a face-to-face interview for most non-immigrant visa applications. Therefore, you should apply for your visa at least three to four months before the meeting. Visit the U.S. Visa Website for more information.
VISA WAIVER PROGRAM AND ETSA AUTHORIZATION
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables nationals of certain countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. For more information visit the Visa Waiver Program.
TRAVEL APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR VISA-WAIVER COUNTRIES
Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries are now required to obtain approval through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to traveling to the United States. This requirement applies to all eligible citizens or nationals traveling under the VWP.

The PAS Exhibit Hall hosts more than 125 exhibitors who offer you a hands-on opportunity to explore new technology, services, and innovative products. Every year, shortly after the meeting, registrants will be emailed a link to an electronic survey. Your experiences and opinions of the meeting will help us to plan and organize future meetings and events.
CLAIM YOUR CME/MOC PART 2 CREDIT
Following PAS 2025 you will receive an email with instructions and deadlines to claim your credit. It is the attendee’s responsibility to claim any credit due for CME-designated sessions attended at PAS 2025.
